Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Jabr Data Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
